    Great place with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely restaurant. The staff have always provided excellent tips on places to visit. I'm excited to come back for a great xmas.

    The location and the facilities are great. Our room was at the back site and had a large terasse with a view on the garden and swimming pool. Breakfast was excellent. We were looking for a quiet night in busy Popayan and this was definitely a good place.

    Electricity seemed a bit shaky, the light in our room went lighter / dimmer at random. There may be no hot water during the daytime.

    The hotel's fine architecture grabs your attention right away. I loved the beautiful old monastery vibe and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast was a delight, served on a lovely terrace. The noise at night was unbearable. I encountered very loud music during a Friday night event, disrupting my sleep. Communication from management about these events was lacking, leaving guests unaware. Although the staff were friendly, their response to the noise complaint was disappointing. A notable plus was the central location, just a short walk from main attractions like Parque Santander. Despite its charm, the experience suffered due to the loud music and insufficient management communications.

    Decor of the room, Our room was on the street side which gave us access to a huge balcony (shared by all rooms on the front side) and a beautiful view of the adjacent church, bathroom was pretty and clean

    Laundry service is way too expensive and was not timely, it was promised to be back the same night but came back the next morning and not all at once.

    Excellent architecture with themed rooms that reflect the building's history! The restaurant served delicious meals in a charming atmosphere.

    Noise from events late into the night can disrupt your stay, and the inconsistent service at breakfast can be frustrating.

    I had a great time staying at this impressive former monastery. the presidential suite was huge with a lovely shared balcony and delicious food in a charming atmosphere. Just wish the hotel had a lift! I'd definitely book this again.
